Hi There!

I’m Cassandra.

Thirty-something SAHM to two ~~hot messes~~ adorable kids.

I love to cook, bake, entertain, and make (mostly) healthy and fun lunches for my kiddos. Then I blog about it here so that you can share in all the shenanigans.

I started this blog as a way of sharing all of the couponing tips that I had learned over the years through my research as a freelance writer and also through my own personal experience.

Soon I was posting pics of my daughter’s lunches as well as yummy recipes, and things just sort of took off from there.

Thanks for stopping by my little corner of the internet. I realize there are much more important things that you could be doing with your time (like folding laundry).

    Thank you so much! Yes, my goal is to make easy recipes for those not vegan but want to adapt some vegan recipes and for those already vegan. I am focusing on mostly easy to make stuff this year! I look forward to following you too!
